It’s been a tough spring for Mason Rudolph, who lost his status as the Steelers’ presumptive starting quarterback in 2022, and also reportedly lost his relationship with tennis star Genie Bouchard.

While his relationship with the Steelers starting quarterback may be shaky after the addition of veteran Mitch Trubisky, all hope has not yet been lost for Rudolph in that regard.

This contrasts with her personal life and the news that her relationship with tennis star Bouchard is officially over. TMZrannounced on Thursday that the couple had broken up. Rudolph and Bouchard are believed to have started dating in 2020. There is currently no known reason for the split, but a source reportedly told TMZ the decision was amicable.

Bouchard, 28, is a native of Montreal, Que., who made the 2014 Wimbledon final and represented Canada at the 2016 Olympics. She suffered a shoulder injury last season.

Rudolph, who the Steelers drafted in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft, went 5-4-1 with 2,366 yards, 16 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in three seasons when he was under center. He, Trubisky and Dwayne Haskins are expected to battle for the team’s starting quarterback this spring and summer.
