Barcelona Open 2022 Tennis Schedule | Order of play today

The first round of the Barcelona Open comes to a close today with two British stars in action to close out the action on Tuesday.

No.4 seed Cam Norrie will take on Egor Gerasimov on the Pista Rafa Nadal this afternoon, with the British No.1 looking to make the most of his high ranking in this tournament.

Dan Evans – who is ranked No. 27 in the world – is ranked No. 12 in Barcelona and will be determined to make the most of the fewer big fish in the pond this week.

Every player will enter the draw by Wednesday with a depleted field that should generate plenty of surprise results this week with a number of players in the chasing pack aiming to register a solid victory on the ATP Tour.

Defending champion Rafael Nadal – who has a court named after him at Barcelona’s Real Club de Tenis – will not be present due to injury, while world No. 1 Novak Djokovic and world No. 2 Daniil Medvedev are also missing from the pitch.

RadioTimes.com brings you the order of play for the Barcelona Open 2022 for today.
